Fact is, I feel good. I feel like Sly Stone dancing under that rainbow. I feel real good. Even the fact that a drummer from Abba - one of my favorite bands of all time - kicked the bucket this week, didn't make me break down, and don flared black spandex as a mark of respect and have a wake for the poor guy (Ola Brunkert...I know, never heard of him). I simply stayed grinning inanely. Fact is, I am insanely happy right now without really knowing why.
I am also feeling a warm glow in the pit of my guts. It's good to know that - because of me - because of my skill in crafting explosive sexual imagery, people are masturbating to my books in two countries. In England people are fiddling with their sausages, while in Germany they are manhandling their bratwursts to my highly erotic novel Lured by Lust.

The German cover is very subtle and erotic and the new English one isn't too bad either:

I wonder if Germans don't like their erotic covers quite so in their face??
I have realized that I should never have taken my mum's advice which was, "Don't write porn, it will bring disgrace onto the family." Fine mum, but sex pays. And pays. The market has spoken. Emma's porn is currently in demand in the UK and in Germany and Emma is penning porn as we speak. She is also writing some other stuff too. She is in something of a creative frenzy actually and your bookshelves should be heaving with her stuff soon.
In other news, the market spoke to literary lovely Ms. Robinson

MS ROBINSON BACK ON THE MARKET
After three months of abstinence, Ms. Robinson decided this celibacy lark was not all it was cracked up to be. She is now back in the saddle and loving it.
She says: "Ms R knows the deal right now and while it works for her she'll let it happen. There is always a trade off, no matter where you invest - long or short term. Everything we do involves some degree of speculation and right now, this seems as good a place as any to re enter the market."

MIDDY SHOWS HIS LATEST PUSSY THE CAT-FLAP
Sexy man about town Midnight Meandering has recently had a flurry of female cats purring under his expert paws. While he is delighted that he is attracting the attentions of so many purrfect pussies, he finds that the women tend to be a bit needy. Consequently, he recently had to show a lovely specimen nicknamed Fit N Forty the proverbial cat-flap. Our paws are crossed for you Middy my dear that you may have better luck in the future!

NEED CHAUFFEUR - WILL PAY IN BLOWJOBS
Saucy aussie lass Steph fears she may lose her licence and is offering a once in a lifetime offer to any man with a vehicle (a three wheeler will do). But before you start polishing up your car please note that only applicants in the Sydney area will be considered.
That's it. And now, please join me in a one minute silence for Ola Brunkert who this week met his Waterloo.

Hey, that's awesome !!!
You're a published author; who's a clever girl then ??
Now seriously, is there any money in writing books ?? I know I have a book in me somewhere but like you I'm worried about embarrassing my parents.
It's just that I'm so unfulfilled working for the family drug cartel...
And all this time I was wondering who Tania Picarda was! I thought there must be a connection with Patrick Stewart. Have you ever fantasied about Captain Picard, Emma?
Awww, poor Ola - a souper trouper indeed. Thank you for the music.
(Did you see what I did there? Did you?!)
I'm now off to check out Tania Picarda at Amazon ... congratulations on the book stuff! x
Hearty congratulations!
It's always been an ambition of mine to have a book out there, being bought and read and enjoyed.
The more I try, though, the more I remember what someone once said: everyone has a book in them, in most cases that is precisely where it should stay.
Not, clearly, in your case ...
Congrats on the books sucess.
As for ceiling cat, there is always more that meets the eye.
And paying in blowjobs; trumps any VISA option.
ooh nice. too bad its probably banned in the UAE.
I always thought it might be worth writing a naughty book just for the chance to think up a really cool erotic author's nom de plume emma, but then I remember I'd have to try and remember what sex was like, and if I did it's probably changed since then, sigh
Emma, the reviews are brilliant - clever girl. I must get on and do something...
fingers....Yeah there's money in them there stuck together pages. If you have a book in you somewhere please pull it out and rinse it off.
gorilla bananas.....I have never fantasized about Capt Picard. I don't know if Tania has, possibly. She lives on a ranch in Mexico, she is a raven haired beauty who rides horses nude and keeps a stable of fit men.
kitty....Ola looks kinda cute doesn't he for a Swede? He thanks you for the tribute (he told me)
ro...I have written quite a few books actually, most of them unpublished. But it seems my luck is changing...
orhan khan....if you have a vehicle and live in Sydney do give Steph a bell.
mars....Well, pick it up when you're on your hols!
rilly super...no need to experience sex. Just read all the sex blogs. Get writing Rilly!
Ms Robinson.....you have a non-fiction book in you about your life...you may want to use a nom de plume though to protect the innocent!
Hey congrats on having a novel published - I'm so jealous. It's been my ambition for years (currently 111,500 words through my first novel)...! ;-)
Congrats! I'm completely admirable and envious!
That's two bloggers that I know of (one of which is my dear online friend) that are published!
Well done, Emma.
I had you down as a natural history kinda gal and would never have imagined you being into porn.
No way.
I told you Our Emma was a filthy beeeotch...
Those porn books are just a front for your real love - crochet and macrame manuals. Admit it.
Oh, and there is something weird going on with your page when I visit it. I don't know how to describe it, cos I've had a drink or two, but it's making my eyes hurt.
steve....Hey congrats on having a novel published
It's hard writing porn books actually...if you're not having sex with random strangers hard to get the inspiration you know.
Ms Smack....
Congrats! I'm completely admirable and envious!
Thanks doll, why don't you give the writing lark a go?
electro-kevin....
would never have imagined you being into porn.
I can only assume you are being sarcastic sir.
fingers...
Emma was a filthy beeeotch
You darstardly cad, is that any way to talk of a highly esteemed lady such as myself ;) As for being filthy, maybe not so much, just a very vivid imagination, plus having had some interesting er experiences
Luka...
crochet and macrame
Not quite, but I am quite into gardening and baking. For real.
Thank you for keeping your paws crossed for me Em and congrats on appealing to both the English and the Germans, which is damned impressive as we don't have much in common other than our love of bier and frauleins!
I'm sure you will conquer the world within weeks and it won't be long before there is even an Islamic version hitting the markets in Kabul!
Yes, I'm sure you and Larry Flynt will probably share the Pulitzer Prize for Literature some day...

Do you think comedy and porn go together, Emma ?
(Warning - contains explicit material)
Okay, I adore your blog. Officially.
Porn DOES pay. One of my first paying gigs was writing naughty stories for Hustler.
You should visit me, Emma. Just as you're getting fruity I'm starting to wane, as you'll see.
:-((
Ok,I bought the book and I'm halfway through.
*wipes brow*
So where can I buy a gallery to manage?
xx
angela-la-la....I actually used to work in a gallery in Cork Street. All based on experience you know!!
Okay, so this was the first day I read your blog and I thought that you were quite clearly a complete nutter but I loved your style! Signed up immediately for RSS feeds and have been reading along ever since.
So, then I went off to Amazon - bought the book (which finally arrived a couple of days ago - sigh!) - finished the book at 3:30 this morning - loved the book!
Haven't enjoyed a read as much as that since I read The Pearl as a young teenager!
Can't wait for your next offering - good work, Girlie - keep it up! :-)
