unique stephen....yes, why are they circumcised when this ad campaign was made by Belgians who generally don't snip? I think there is huge rampant prejudice against the uncircumcised penis and I will beat this prejudice, beat it until the uncircumcised penis can once again wear its sleeve of skin with pride. Amen.
